Concessions for Saturday June 22 & End of Season Party Invite!

We are so thankful for the help we have received from you this season! We are at the final few laps of this event and we need everyone to give one final 'turn & burn' so we can make it to the wall in one piece.
We would love to get some more donations for concessions this weekend. All money raised from concessions is being put towards our end of season party. We would be most grateful for donuts and tacos! Taco Cabana has great boxes and the tacos are individually wrapped. We need Bean & Cheese, Bacon & Egg, Potato and Egg. Please fill in the sign up sheet if you can donate.
If you are able to donate a box of sodas or water - that would be amazing. Bring to practice tomorrow, drop off during set up on Friday (7.30-8pm) OR bring very early on Saturday.

If you have been unable to help out at a meet, but would like to help us set up on Friday, please be at the pool around 7-7/30. This is not a hard job and your kiddos can swim while you work as the lifeguards will still be on duty. You will be done by 8pm. Pool closes at 9pm.
FINALLY - It's Party time.
You and your Shavano Sharks Swimmers are invited to our Party on Monday July 1st, 6-8pm. We will have the pool to ourselves!! We will have a 3 lifeguards with eyes on the pool at all times! Coach will be handing out awards.
This party is being catered and we need firm RSVPS by next Wednesday, June 26th.
Parents of registered swimmers are invited. Any siblings or other family members are welcome to join for $5 per person. If you have rsvp'd through the website - please also rsvp below.
