Parents and athletes!

The championship meet is this Saturday! Attached to this email is the entry report for the meet, the heat sheet, and the information provided for the league about the meet on Saturday. The meet will take place in the Bill Walker Natatorium in the Blossom Athletic Complex. The address is 12002 Jones Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216. A few reminders:

• Warm up starts at 1:15 pm and athletes need to arrive at the pool shortly before 1.
• Your athlete should eat before they come. They will need water and possibly a snack. I believe our team parents are arranging ice chests.
• Parents who did not volunteer will be in the stands and will not be able to come onto the pool deck unless there is an emergency. Athletes should remain on deck until they are done swimming and check out with Coach Jeff before leaving.
• Northeast ISD has a clear bag policy. Explanation is attached.
• As a championship meet, there is a maximum number of entries per event. Every athlete who signed up will be able to race, but some athletes will only have one race. Races were chosen by their times throughout the season. We are also only allowed one relay per age group for each relay event. The fastest relay was chosen. Come speak to me, not the team parents or the assistant coaches, if you have any questions.
• No club or high school suits or caps can be worn during the meet! Only blank or summer league caps can be worn.
